Guidelines Our Fees for Immigration Matters
Each matter is unique
The fees quoted below will be varied depending on the complexity of your case and its individual merits. This will also depend on the need to involve third parties such as Experts, Interpreters, Barristers and others, if necessary.
In certain circumstances we can offer to represent you for less on a fixed fee basis which will decrease the cost substantially. However, this is dependent on the factual background and each case is assessed on its own merits.
We strongly advise that Clients treat the schedule below as an indicative of the likely fees rather than the guaranteed final price.

Initial Consultation (30min) £75.00 + VAT per hour

Unless agreed all additional will be charged on an hourly basis as given below:
Senior Solicitor over 10 years (Head of Private Client) £260.00 + VAT per hour
Solicitors over 5 years £240.00 + VAT per hour
Trainee Solicitors £175.00 + VAT per hour
Legal Assistants £75.00 + VAT per hour
On average, this type of work takes between 2-4 weeks to complete. All figures exclude VAT unless specifically stated.
The exact time it will take depends on the circumstances in your case. Such as:
- The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider
- Which language(s) you speak
Disbursements
In addition to our fees, any disbursements will need to be paid separately. Examples of disbursements include, Home Office fees which differs for each type of case, Expert Report fees, Interpretation Services, Court Applications etc. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and is meant as a guide only.
*Initial consultation fee will be deducted from the final bill if you instruct us to act in your matter.

If you are able to provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of this range.
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
