Léopoldine Mineo, (LLB Hons)

LLB (Hons), LLM, GDL, and LPC

Leopoldine is a French citizen who moved in the UK in 2015. After a LLB in France, she has studied an LLM in International Commercial Law at City University in 2016, and obtained the GDL and the LPC from BPP with Commendations in 2017 and 2018. In the past two years, she has gained experience in shipping, financial institution and due diligence among various sized law firms and in house practices. She joined Anne Cuthbert Solicitors in 2020 where she assists with Property, Wills and Probate, Family and Children Law and Civil Litigation cases. She has a pet cat called Marius and is passionate about DIY, French Poetry and Singing.

Wasanthi Karunarathne, (LLB Hons)

LLB (Hons), LLM and LPC

Works as a Legal Assistant/ Paralegal – Deals with Property matters, Wills and Probate and Immigration & Nationality.

She completed LLB from London Metropolitan University in 2015. She also successfully completed LLM/LPC at The University of Law Guildford in 2019. She has been working in the field of Immigration & Nationality.

Chrishanthi Vincent, (LLB Hons)

Founder, Principal Solicitor/Director

Chrishanthi Vincent is the founder and senior solicitor/director of Anne Cuthbert Solicitors. She has more than 19 years of legal experience. She read LLB Hons and LPC at the College of Law Guildford.

Her areas of practice include Wills & Probate, Property and Civil Litigation. She has successfully handled many complex Immigration and Child Abuse cases. She has worked for the London Borough of Merton with Child Protection Services for Seven Years.

She is strongly involved in charity work with children and elderly. She is an Executive Committee member of the Association of Sri Lankan Lawyers in the United Kingdom.
